Tiles
The natural choice for floors and walls
Natural stone has been used as a wall and floor covering for almost as long as man has lived in houses. The Greeks and Romans used natural stone tiles and mosaics and the longevity of the material is evident in the fact that many of them still exist today.
Stone tiles are still a popular and practical choice: choose from slate, marble, granite, limestone, travertine, Jerusalem Stone or an engineered stone, such as Trevisan, depending on the mood that you want to create in your room.
Ring the changes
You can also create different looks depending on the size and shape of the tiles - choose a longer thinner shape fixed landscape on the walls for an up to the minute look. Use a larger tile and create an area of smaller tiles or mosaic within it for a decorative effect. Mix different colours in the same material, for example classic and walnut travertine. Or choose mixed sizes to create an opus romana pattern with your stone floor tiles.
Modern underfloor heating means that stone floors are no longer cold, so you can luxuriate in the comfort of your own modern spa even in the depths of a British winter.
Surprisingly affordable
Our tile retail prices start from as little as £20 per sqm, so don't be afraid to call in to the one of the showrooms.
We've shown a selection of the range here, and all of stoneCIRCLE's range of natural stone floor and wall tiles are available to view in the Basingstoke and Newbury stone showrooms.
